AppleCare

So we talk to Apple, and of course my on going saga with my whole second replacement iMac randomly restarting–now it doens’t turn on. So yesterday we talk to Ashley and she tells us that she will fill out some paper work and give us a call tomorrow at 6PM.

Well we wait, until 07:17P and still…no return call.

So we call Apple and try to get to a product specialist and get to this Wayne dude after figuring out that Ashley gave us a lot of bull shit including bypass numbers and “paperwork” that she could of done that day.

So we chit chat with Wayne and he is amazing and so he’s like oh, I will give you a direct line to the Compensation dept. and I think that they will be able to award you with a 2.8GHz iMac Intel Core 2 Duo Extreme, 24 inch screen, etc.

So now i’m happy! :)

Apple is an amazing company–once again!!
